(The following policies do not apply for Heart Fire in the Field programs)

We offer 100% refund on cancelations at least 3 weeks prior to the Workshop, Ceremony, or Event.

We offer 50% refund on cancelations less than 3 weeks prior to the Workshop, Ceremony, or Event.

No refund on cancelations less than 1 week prior to the Workshop, Ceremony, or Event.
