Diamond Heart Path Policies and Preparations:

Please note: A 25% deposit is due upon registration with the balance due 30 days prior to the start of the journey. If registering within 30 days of the start of the journey, 100% of the fee is due upon registration.

Your participation on the journey will be canceled if payment is not received in due time.

Should unavoidable circumstances make your participation impossible, your deposit — if you notify us at least a month prior to your scheduled starting date — may be applied toward another program taking place within a year of your registration.

The cost of each Diamond Heart Path is listed in the descriptions.

We offer a 10% discount to participants who register at least 30 days prior to the start of any journey.

Upon receipt of the registration and deposit you will receive a preparation packet containing information on transportation and personal equipment suggested. In addition you will also be expected to write a letter of intention, fill out a health questionnaire, and liability release form. You will also need to participate on a zoom meeting with the rest of your group approximately one week prior to your journey. I may also request a private zoom meeting with you.

Please think seriously about whether you are ready to take this journey before you commit. Indecision and anxiety — especially as the quest dates approach — are a common experience, and the choice to act from the strength of your intentions rather than from your fears is an important and empowering decision. Should Heart Fire Sanctuary need to cancel any journey for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

If you are sincere about your participation but you cannot currently afford the full cost, payment plans and/or scholarship assistance can sometimes be offered depending on need, circumstances, and available funds. Please email me to describe your situation. Heart Fire Sanctuary is very aware and sensitive to the inequality and disadvantages that discrimination casts both visible and invisible minorities.

To render the most benefit from your journey I highly recommend registering for your journey well in advance. This will give you the much needed time to adequately prepare for your experience physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The act of writing your deeply personal intention is a beautiful soul searching activity that you will want to take your time with. The more time you have to prepare the more your spirit and the rest of your life will conspire to support your decision and commitment.

Early enrollment also helps Diamond Heart staff to prepare as well. I expect our journeys will fill up so this makes travel arrangements simpler and more economical. For local participants we can arrange ride sharing, etc.

They will  be given special considerations and will need a consenting adult’s signature to initiate inclusion in the journey.
