Creative Pathways: Medicine Walk

to “Froggy Rock” in Spring Basin, Oregon

July 29–31, 3 days
(Zoom gathering: July 28th at 7 pm)

I have been going to this place for over 30 years. While there, camped alone and with friends for many days at a time, I (we) consumed the sacred medicine of psilocybin mushrooms. My profound experiences of connection, communication, and co-creation were the most powerful and foundational guides that formed who I am today.

It is, in this spirit, that I want to offer these “Creative Pathways: Medicine Walks”.

But, because of the state laws restricting access to these sacred medicines, I cannot promote their use.

Yet, as people register to join us for this walk we can discuss, amongst ourselves, how we want to move forward. We will meet on zoom July 28, 7pm, to share our intentions, and discuss how we’d like to enjoy this beautiful place together.

Join me on this 3 day (2 night) excursion and immersion into the Oregon High Desert to explore the deep canyons and unusual rock formations. Many years ago I was introduced to a huge rock formation that I call Froggy Rock. It’s huge, green, and crouches in the bottom of a rocky canyon. It’s so big we could have lunch sitting inside its mouth!...if you dare!

I love the desert for its openness, its striking vistas, and its timeless silence.

All of these qualities strip away distractions. It allows you to slow down and get in touch with your mind, body, and spirit as it is, without the need to perform or produce.

We will be camped alongside a remote road so car camping will make this trip physically easier.
